Whistleblowing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Masiero Srl is committed to operating in an ethical manner and, for this purpose, has adopted a process for managing reports, even anonymously, that can contribute to the prevention of offences, irregularities or conduct in violation of its Code of Ethics, the Model of Organisation, Management and Control ex Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001, company procedures and applicable legislation, or in any case likely to cause damage or harm, including image or reputation, to Masiero Srl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masiero Srl strongly encourages the reporting in good faith of any possible irregularity. If it is determined that a report was made with malicious intent or through gross negligence, the reporting person will lose the protections provided under applicable law and may be held liable before the competent authorities, including for disciplinary, civil, or criminal matters. In the case of anonymous reports, any such action may be taken only if the identity of the reporting person is subsequently established in accordance with the procedures provided by law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the submission and management of reports, Masiero Srl has created a specific Whistleblowing procedure and a dedicated IT platform, in full compliance with the current GDPR and data management regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
